Join Rock Recovery and Coracle for a half-day retreat in NoVA on separating the truth from lies when it comes to what the world tells us and how God views our bodies. There is constant societal pressure to eat and look a certain way, and those messages are especially prevalent in the month of January. The good news is we don't need to reinvent ourselves, diet, or drastically change the bodies we've been given. We are called to care for our bodies, not idolize them. We will unpack scripture, find encouragement in God's truth compared to the world's pressures, and leave space and time for quiet reflection. This event will be held at the Rock Recovery offices in Rosslyn, VA. We hope to see you there!
